Video Upgrade SLES 11 SP 2 with SAP ERP 6 EHp 5 to SLES 11 SP4

I have installed SAP ERP 6 EHp 5 on SuSE Linux Enterprise Server SP 2.

Then I need to upgrade my OS from SLES 11 SP 2 to the latest version of SLES 11, which is SLES 11 SP 4.
